The bank was on the brink of opening a new smart branch in Baneasa Mall and wanted to connect with the potential customers in a fun, engaging way, before they were invited to visit the new branch.
We were invited to participate and won a pitch to create a web app for iPad, a quiz with random banking questions that the Mall visitors had to answer to win a prize. The winners would be invited to collect the prize from the branch. The app also collected contact data of the respondents, to further allow retargeting.
The launch of the branch was a success and the number of visitors to the branch increased significantly during the campaign.
