Management software within the ”Garanții pentru TINEri!”, POSDRU 126/5.1/S/139512 EU project

Based on their agreement with the EU authorities, the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Protection and Elderly had to report their financial activities for the ”Garanții pentru TINEri!”, POSDRU 126/5.1/S/139512 project online. All the processes needed to be integrated on a global scale,custom tailored and the reports needed to be sent out on specific dates with no delays.

We reviewed the outcome reports and created the logical flow. Presented the plan to the stakeholders. Completed the design taking into consideration the large scale of people using the app, created the web platform and developed the management portal.

The web app was used during the whole project and EU financial representatives got the reports on specification and on time. We gained a sound positive reputation at the public authority level.
